|Dr. Mahon combines his joy of family with his joy of being a doctor. His warm and caring style of patient care is legend. A willingness to be flexible in giving truly individualized patient care has made Dr. Mahon a special asset to Encompass Medical Group. As a Family Practitioner, his skills and experiences are commensurate with caring for all ages.|
Dr. Mahon is married to wife Melanie, and has four lovely daughters. He enjoys traveling and playing golf and loves American History.
Dr. Mahon graduated Magna Cum Laude from Briar Cliff College in Sioux City, Iowa. He received his medical degree from the University of Iowa College of Medicine, and completed a Family Practice Residency in Sioux Falls in 1986. New patients are welcome to join his practice
|Kevin Fitzmaurice, M.D.|

|Dr. Kevin Fitzmaurice has been dedicated to excellence in the practice of Internal Medicine since 1989.|
He graduated from Creighton University with a degree in Psychology and completed Medical School at the University of Nebraska. He finished his Internal Medicine training at Presbyterian St. Luke’s Hospital in Denver, Colorado.
Dr. Fitzmaurice brings a special life experience to his patients. As a cancer survivor, “Dr. Fitz” (as he is known to many) has a unique outlook and a renewed passion for life. He takes special interest in Sports Medicine and has completed a number of triathlons as well as earning his black belt in Tae Kwan Do.
Dr. Fitzmaurice and his wife, Karen have two sons, Matt and Adam. His family is central to his life and he spends many weekends serving as a Boy Scout leader, coaching his sons’ sports teams, and boating. His favorite pastime however is working in his yard and garden.
Encompass Medical Group is proud to have such a dedicated physician on staff. Dr. Fitzmaurice has an active practice that is currently open to new patients.
|Mike Gruenebaum, M.D.|
|Dr. Michael Gruenebaum studied at the Mayo Clinic in Rochester, MN where he completed a comprehensive 3-year residency in Internal Medicine. He was board certified in the specialty in 1982. Dr. Gruenebaum also participated in a Preventive Medicine fellowship program at The Mayo Clinic. He can assist you in maintaining your good health as well as caring for any acute or chronic illness you might experience.|

Dr. Gruenebaum is an avid bicyclist and has participated in numerous tours, peddling over a hundred miles each day. He is married to Kris who is a RN and a Realtor. They have two children . Ben has a degree in Aerospace Engineering and Andy is a professional soccer player. Dr. Gruenebaum is a native Kansas Citian and graduated with distinction from the University of Missouri-Kansas City.

Dr. Douidar moved to US after she graduated from medical school at Aleppo University Faculty of medicine in Aleppo- Syria. While she was busy raising her 2 daughters, she continued her medical education, she joined the internal medicine residency program at the University of Arkansas for Medical Sciences in July of 2007, she Completed 3 years of comprehensive residency in internal medicine in June of 2010. She is American Board certified in Internal Medicine. Dr. Douidar moved to Topeka, KS and provided primary care to her patients for seven years before she decided to move to Kansas City metro area . She will join Encompass Medical group in September of 2017. She is fluent in English and Arabic. She enjoys spending time with family and friends, cooking and hiking.

|Marsha Stiefel, A.R.N.P., C.D.E.|
|Encompass Medical Group is proud to have one of the finest Nurse Practitioners associated with our practice. Marsha is a skillful clinician who promotes informed patient choice in planning care. Her gift of listening provides a forum for patients of all ages to participate in their health care. “Seldom is there only one possible plan of care for a given condition. I prefer to discuss treatment options and encourage the informed patient to choose.” Marsha is a “Certified Diabetes Educator,” or C.D.E.|
Marsha is married and has a daughter and a son. She enjoys caring for and counseling with our adolescent clients. She is a Phi Beta Kappa graduate of Queens College, City University of New York and completed her Family Nurse Practitioner training at Pace University, Pleasantville, NY.
|Andrew Hwang, M.D.|
Dr. Hwang is from the Kansas City area and graduated from the University of Kansas School of Medicine in 2009. He then completed his residency at Beth Israel Medical Center in New York City in 2013. Afterwards, he spent 3 years working at a communityhealth center in the Bronx borough of New York. He joined Encompass in August of 2016 in order to move back home and be closer to his family and friends. In his free time, Dr. Hwang enjoys golfing, playing the bass guitar, following Kansas City sportsteams, and eating barbecue.
|Dr. Mandy Rajkarnikar , M.D.|
Dr. Mandy completed her Family Medicine residency at Eau Claire Family Medicine in Wisconsin, in July of 2015 and returned to Overland Park to be near family and friends. She joined Encompass in November of 2015. She brings a broad background of experience and training. She attended school at Nizhny Novgorod State Medical Academy in Russia where she received her medical degree in June 2000. Prior to starting her Family Medicine Residency in Eau Claire, she worked as a Medical Officer in Nepal where she worked in a Cardiac Care Unit, Neurosurgical ICU, Emergency Room and General Hospital Ward from 2002 through 2006. Dr. Mandy enjoys traveling and learning about different cultures. She is fluent in English, Nepali, Hindi and Russian. She enjoys spending time with her family and friends, biking, and camping.
