We believe that the Encompass patient is the most important person on his or her “medical team,” and that timely and forthcoming communication is vital. If at anytime, you need assistance, feel free to contact us anytime during normal office hours. For non-urgent questions or to schedule an advanced appointment, you can communicate electronically by signing up for our Patient Portal. In the case of serious illness or emergency, you may contact Urgent Care. If Urgent Care directs you to our answering service, a medical team member will promptly contact you so as to address your needs in a timely manner. The Encompass patient-physican relationship is healing, long term, personal, professional and preferred over the incidental, episodic doctor visits that other medical providers may have grown accustomed to. At Encompass Medical Group, we’ve taken on a fresh view that more effectively coordinates services needed to insure the best overall health outcomes for our patients.
